Travel Plan
We inquired about the customer’s goals and expected duration of stay in China.
The customer came to China mainly to visit the Xiamen Stone Fair in 2025 and has already booked round-trip airfare. We just need to plan our itinerary according to the flight ticket and exhibition time.
- Departure time: March 13th
- Return time: March 23rd
- Xiamen Stone Exhibition Time: March 16th to 19th
- In addition, it is necessary to visit suppliers who have exhibited and factories in nearby cities.

Then there was waiting, the arrival of March 13th.
Meet in Guangzhou
On March 13th, Jack departed from Quanzhou City to Guangzhou City.
At 2am the next day, Jack received the customer at Guangzhou Baiyun Airport.
An hour later, we arrived at the hotel that had been pre booked.
The next day, 14th March, the customer was too tired and needed to adjust for the time difference. They didn’t wake up until noon in China. Jack arranged a trip to the main attractions of Guangzhou city in the afternoon, including Canton Fair Hall, Canton Tower, Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street, etc.
On the morning of March 15th, we departed for Xiamen, the city where the stone exhibition is located. Everything went smoothly.
The 1st Day of the Fair
On March 16th, it was the first day of the Xiamen Stone Fair.
Jack arranged the hotel to be only 300 meters away from the exhibition hall, which is very close. Customer and Jack can walk directly to the exhibition hall.
The customer is a Muslim and was in Ramadan at the time. According to the plan, the customer and Jack will stay inside the exhibition hall all day. Here is the video of the first day of the fair.
This is a big exhibition, and we spent a day visiting almost all the exhibition halls.
The 2nd Day of the Fair
The next day, the customer conducted a focused visit to their target product suppliers, mainly including stone processing machineries, accessories, and processing tools.
And the customer found a satisfactory equipment supplier and agreed to visit the factory on the third day.
The 3rd Day of the Fair
On the third day, we plan to visit the machinery supplier factory directly instead of visiting the stone exhibition. As agreed the day before.
Jack arranged a time with the factory in advance, arranged vehicles, and finally arrived at the machinery factory after three hours of driving.
Unfortunately, there are no models in the factory warehouse that customers want to purchase, so they can only demonstrate the operation of the equipment through other models with the same function.
When we finished the factory visit, it was already evening. The client decided to return to Xiamen and visit the machinery supplier’s booth at tomorrow’s exhibition to discuss more details.
Difficult Ramadan, working all day without any rest~
The Last Day of the Fair
On the last day of the exhibition, unlike the original plan, we returned to the Xiamen Stone Fair because the customer needed to negotiate further details with the machinery supplier.
After further confirmation, the customer signed a contract with the mechanical supplier and paid a partial deposit.
Can feel that the customer is happy and seems to have achieved the purpose of this trip.
Finally, based on the technical specifications of this machine, we searched for some accessory suppliers at the exhibition site.
The exhibition ended smoothly.
The Remaining Time
Due to the customer’s return to Kuwait on March 23rd, the exhibition ended on March 19th. We still have some time.
Jack arranged for the customer to visit the local stone raw material market in China. Due to the fact that global marble resources are mainly concentrated in Middle Eastern countries, the cost of purchasing locally in Kuwait is lower for the customer, and Chinese prices do not have an advantage. However, we still found a supplier that satisfied our customers here, because of their high technology of processing stone.
At the same time, we also visited some stone processing factories and customers exchanged their experiences in stone processing with them.
Everything was relaxed and enjoyable because the customer said they had completed their business trip purpose.
Return to Kuwait
Time was running out, and the 11 day journey is coming to an end. The customer and Jack returned to Guangzhou city together, as the plane returning to Kuwait will take off there.
During Ramadan, after finishing all the work, we went to a Türkiye restaurant to celebrate.
Then, in the early morning, Jack escorted the customer to the airport and boarded the plane back home.
